Bloom Where You Are Planted
hi beautiful people!
Whew! Not too sure if you caught the Presidential debate last night but my god, was it like watching a train wreck play over and over again. Now I don’t want to make this post about politics but just want you to know that this is the time to debrief and really allow yourself the time to breath in the midst of this chaos we are experiencing. I know like myself and many others it feels as if the weight of the world (and our future) is on our shoulders. And although it partly is, there’s no use in stressing out about all it once.
Here is a friendly reminder I’d like to give to you today:
-Allow yourself gentle expectations. Don’t exasperate trying to do it all at once. One thing at a time.
-Drink your water and stay hydrated. That body needs that H20 love.
-Don’t forget to work out not only your body but mind. Read a book, go for a wellness walk; give your mind that time to reset and recharge from all the ten thousand other things you’re thinking about.
-Rest up. You can’t function properly if you’re tired all the time. Get that beauty sleep!
-And lastly, wash your hands. Keep em clean from germs and free of pendejadas always.
I hope you free up your mind this lovely Wednesday and breathe. The world needs you and you need you too.
love always, Karina.
Keep up with me:
