Evergreen

I’m sure everyone’s feed on social media is full of autumn this and fall that along with fall outfits to match. What’s hard about living on the west coast is that our Fall doesn’t really start until Ocotoberish (if that) so we’re stuck with learning how to wear transitional pieces; where you can wear in the morning but take some layers off in the afternoon when it’s hit 90 degrees. I feel like I can’t just jump right into scarves and boots because well, the weather isn’t caught up yet. So somehow I have to meet in the middle.

I feel like this green jumpsuit is the perfect baby steps outfit into the new season. Although green isn’t a declared Fall color, it’s darker complexion can count for it. I did something different and decided to wear a head scarf in my hair and I absolutely loved the way it came out. Something about the old school back in the day vibe that gives me all the feels. Don’t ya think? And since it’s still sunny over here I kept the shoes as white mules to keep it light. I’ve never really worn green too much before but here I’m definitely digging it.
